Estimator for development projects

Your role:

Meet customers in their homes to assess their project and present the company. 

Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions

Present materials and costs 

Coordinate the work with the team leader according to the division of work. 

Follow-up with customer after completion of work

Skills required :

• Customer-oriented
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly orally and in writing in French and English;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Exercise judgment and initiative;
• Important knowledge: office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge: Autocad & SketchUp: Asset

• Reading plans and specifications
• Measure quantities
• Request for quotations from suppliers
• Establish production costs
• Follow-up with customers
• Bid closing
• Assists project managers in opening files and monitoring ongoing projects.
• Site visits

Salary: To be discussed depending on experience 

Schedule: 40 hours/week / weekends as needed
